Automatically set entityType to formatId #181
Description
Currently it is automatically set in the arcticdatautils::pid_to_eml_entity. where otherEntity is set as Other and all other entities (like dataTable) NULL. The entityType should be set the formatId
Same applies for eml_otherEntity_to_dataTable() and any other functions helping to create entities
