Problems in Connecting Telemed ArtUs with PlusServer

Hi, I'm a master's student in South Korea, and I'm currently working with a Telemed ArtUs ultrasound device.

I'm trying to connect it to PlusServer and would like to ask for some advice.

I installed PlusApp-2.9.0.20251113-Telemed-Win64 from the Plus Toolkit website.

Then I launched PlusServerLauncher.exe and selected "PlusServer: Telemed ultrasound device" to stream the ultrasound image to 3D Slicer.

After that, I opened the OpenIGTLinkIF module in 3D Slicer.
I added a connector and checked Active, but no images were received.

So I checked the logs in PlusServer Launcher, and I found error messages like this

Can I get some solutions for this problem?

Here are my device set:

OS: Windows 10 64bit
US device: Telemed ArtUs, L15-7H40-A5
US Driver and program Version: Telemed SDK 2.3.0, EchoWave II 4.4.0
3D Slicer Version: 5.6.2

Hi, have you tried running the Telemed software? I think it's called EchoWave. Just to make sure the ultrasound is working.
If you see the ultrasound in EchoWave, then try to run PlusServer in compatibility mode with an earlier version of Windows. I think that fixed some issues in the past.

As you mentioned, EchoWave is the Telemed software that allows me to view ultrasound images.

I was wondering if there is any other solution that does not require changing the Telemed software,
because Telemed no longer provides older versions.

If you think that this is the most effective solution, I will try to find the older versions on the Internet on my own.

You can run the existing versions in compatibility mode.

Just right-click on the exe -> Properties ->Compatibility -> Enable compatibility mode and set to Windows 8 -> Apply.

Unfortunately, even after trying the steps you mentioned, I am still getting the same error logs.
I am starting to suspect that the issue may be related to the Telemed driver version being too recent.

Could you please let me know if this is the wrong approach, or if there is anything else I should try?

I have done the same thing in the past months and I can guide you to make it work !
Telemed software or drivers is not an issue. My current working config is Telemed driver package 2.1.3 . and Echo Wave Application 4.2.0 but more recent release should work see : https://www.pcultrasound.com/support/software/

From what I recall, the most signficant change came when I launched all software (PlusServer and Slicer) with Windows admin privelleges.
You should try that first.

Of course check that Echowave show Ultrsound Images (you can even launch it while PlusServer is connected to the ARtus it works and allows you to tune utrasound paramaters)

Can you share your PlusServer Log, I cant read messages in your image.
