表中对应的标签没有数据的情况下last_by查询是没有数据
给这个对应的标签添加一条数据
问题出现：删除这条数据之后，使用last_by 方法查询时会返回一条数据，这个数据全部返回的字段为空

数据删除之后使用last_by查询应该不返回任何数据

数据删除之后使用last_by查询应该返回一条数据，而且这条数据全部字段都返回了null
