Title of Navigator tab

The Navigator shows as its title "<filename> - Navigator" or "<selected element> - Navigator". This can make it difficult to identify the tab, in particular if there isn't enough space. so that "- Navigator" is cut off.

I vaguely remember that this wasn't always the case, i.e. that the title was only "Navigator" and nothing else. Is there maybe some setting to configure this?
