Raid target icons persist through death and subsequent respawn

Current Behaviour

When an enemy is given a raid target icon, killed, and subsequently respawns, the raid target icon remains.

Expected Behaviour

When an enemy is given a raid target icon, killed, and subsequently respawns, it should have no raid target icon.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Place a raid target icon on an enemy.
2. Kill the enemy.
3. Wait for the enemy's corpse to despawn.
4. Wait for the enemy to respawn.
5. Observe the raid target icon.

Extra Notes

I have no source for this, but it seems like an error and I cannot find any references to whether this is intended behaviour or not in preceding issues, PRs, or Discord.

This is an error and due to the fact that spawns do not regenerate their GUIDs between respawns. Tough issue to fix, but definitely an issue.

EDIT: This is also the reason for the level-up animation playing sometimes when a creature respawns.

My immediate thought for a fix would be to clear raid target icons on corpse despawn. I don't know the code base at all and can't say whether that's a possible/good fix or not though.

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago and thought it a curiosity, but a more notable side effect is that raid target icons can be used to coordinate player bots in the player bots fork, so for example if you use the skull mark your bots will prioritise killing said enemy, and do so again once it respawns.

It would work, but IMO it's a hack and not worth it to add, but that's just me.
