Description
The current primary focus of the plugin is very much a Podcast Player app, based on the design choices.
Given that obsidian is a note taking application, I'd be grateful if you could make it a breeze to create a Podcast Note without needing to use the player functionality at all. Speaking for myself, it makes no sense for my use case to have no choice but to start playing an episode just to be able to create a note for it! I have a separate podcast player app, as I am sure a good chunk of other users do.
Possible approach:
- A command to "create podcast note"
- that doesn't only show up after you play an episode
- running the command asks you to choose a podcast from the ones you added
- choosing a Podcast creates a note
- Maybe add a command to "Add a Podcast"
- A command to "Add a Podcast & Create Note"
- this could open a search box, upon adding a new podcast, we get an option to create a note immediately (or by default as a toggle option)
Thanks for a very thoughtful plugin!
