Attack indicator present when breaking blocks

The attack indicator is present when breaking blocks.

Vanilla Behavior:

With Debugify:

Was replicated on a fresh instance with no settings changed.

How to Reproduce?

1. Create fresh instance of Minecraft
2. Install debugify
3. Break a block

Expected Behavior

No attack indicator while breaking block

After further testing the patch that introduced this bug is MC-118740. When that is toggled off, the bug is no longer present.
