I've forked the project to add Windows support and vcpkg dependency management. Can I submit a PR?

I’ve been following this project for a long time. Since Windows support wasn't available and the repo seemed quiet for a while, I actually developed my own private version for Windows.

Last week, I was super excited to see that you've updated and polished most of the C++ SDK! It’s much more complete than my personal version, so I merged the latest code immediately.

However, after cloning, I noticed that Windows is still not fully supported and the dependency setup is a bit of a headache. I’ve forked the repo and spent some time fixing the Windows build. I also added vcpkg to handle dependencies automatically and updated the workflows so that the project now builds successfully on all platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS) in CI.

I've got everything working on my fork. Would you be interested in a PR for these changes?

Thanks @Sqhh99, I’m glad to hear you’re adopting the C++ SDK.

Before the holidays, I have been working on #21, which adds some infrastructure to enable releases and Windows support.

I was able to get the SDK compiled and running on Windows using vcpkg, but I am not a windows expert so I am not sure things I am doing is correct, and my windows setups seem to be a bit messy.

Since I’m traveling internationally for the next three weeks, I split out part of the work and moved the vcpkg and removed some Windows build scripts. I can make them a separate PR if needed.

if you can make a PR to fix the windows build, that will be great. And please make a build.cmd that make it easier to clean and build. thanks
