[Bug]: When I start the service, the CPU freezes #1115

Bug description
When I start the service, CPU usage drops dramatically (even to 0%) and the OS freezes for 2 seconds. This happens every ~5 seconds. It started about 10 hours ago. In the image I have attached, you can see that when I start the service, CPU usage drops and the processes freeze. I stop the netdata service again and the processes return to normal without any problems.
Expected behavior
This shouldn't happen. It should have the least possible impact and obviously not paralyze the OS.
