battery info topic battery_status or battery_state?

In Nav2 bt_navigator, the IsBatteryLow and IsBatteryCharging conditions use the topic 'battery_status', while in simple_charging_dock they use 'battery_state'. Can this be unified?

Sure! I think you filed a ticket in Nav2 as well - we should do so there in main since this is the Humble branch and we shouldn't break current behavior for users (only future distributions).
