Missing php_opcache.dll in PHP 8.5 Windows distribution

The PHP documentation says:

It is highly recommended to enable OpCache. This extension is included with PHP for Windows.

But there is no "php_opcache.dll" in the /ext folder in PHP 8.5.1 distribution.

Hi @mambax7 you re right the dll is not present but this is because it is no longer needed, opcache is a builtin extension since 8.5.
