Review new rules that were added after upgrading `typescript-eslint` and `other different plugins`

Description

After upgrading typescript-eslint and other plugins in this PR some of the new rules were added which we have turned off currently.

Success Criteria

1. New rules are reviewed
2. Enable new rules if those rules fit to our codebase
