IMO, you should upgrade the @actions/cache from v4 to v5

Hey @hckhanh ! Is this something you are still seeing? Was not able to reproduce when using the cache today, potentially something on GitHub's end?

Looks like there is also a PR to bump the cache dependency so will look at getting that in soon too.
