@jmjwozniak, I think this iteration is more or less ready for the review and merging. Please note, in the README.md file there are instructions how to set up a conda environment with all required dependencies (except the mongodb server, which should be installed separately). Let me know if you have any questions about it. |

There is a package for mongodb as well, maybe we can consider it instead, so everything will be installed with conda. |

Debugged today with @tacaswell, so now we can have a processor of the documents emitted by RE, always waiting for new documents.
This is still work in progress.
