feat(start-menu): add "Add to Desktop" option for all apps

Adds an “Add to Desktop” option to the Start Menu for all apps.

I kept translations unchanged to avoid expanding the PR scope.

Hey, could you add the English translation key? no need for all languages, but English would be the minimum requirement.
Also the items added to desktop should have the app title rather than name. Since title is the human-readable version.

It's funny we already have a specific file type for apps as items, but I like your .app idea better as it decouples fs from desktop -- so let's keep it! 👍

Here's the Updated UI screenshot.
As mentioned, added english translation key and replaced appName with appTitle. And kept ".app" extension untouched.
