What happens if you keep changing the tick rate with this change? |

updateLagCompensationTick is called every tick so it readjusts, I tested this by changing tick rate every second and nothing felt weird or glitchy. |

Fixes blocks reappearing when tick rate differs from normal.

/tick rate 100
break block
block reappears
