Added functionality from ImageFrame to specify map dimensions, eliminating the need to use ffmpeg or other external tools for image resizing.
/image2map create {url} {height} {width} or just /image2map create {url} like before
Also added "allowBundles": in config option to allow disabling bundles when needed.
