GitHub says it's scanned by Sonar. Last time it was resolved next day, so it may be a daily run: 7dae4db |

What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Avoid direct usage of workflow input for
refparameter ofactions/checkout. Pass it through an environment variable, for which we need to use job output, because the variable cannot be used directly (see adoroszlai@aea1100 failing).https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RATIS-2380
