The option rewrites version numbers to adhere strictly to semver. On https://go.dev/dl alpha and beta versions are named like `1.18beta2`. We rewrite them into strict semver syntax: E.g. `1.16` is rewritten `1.16.0` and `1.18beta2` to `1.18.0-beta2`. The options default to being `false`.
