- A more efficienct, low/zero cost orchestrator (perhaps Rust based?) could provide something useful in the current (albeit saturated) Python orchestration ecosystem
- Despite the saturation, an abundance of relatively new tools suggest there is an unmet need.
- Most tools seem to require some amount of cost, and in some cases, quite substaintial one, just to run a daily batch, regardless of the compute involved.
- A TUI based application could provide a useful dashboard interface to interact with Cloud environments
- Operators often want very low latency tooling & quick, customized overview of the entire system.
- Websites usually need to be hosted somewhere, and that place can experience downtime along with the Cloud being monitored. Electron and classic desktop app alternatives are often annoying to distrubute and heavy.
