docs: update docs structure

A complete docs restructuring, aimed at making docs easier to navigate and faster to read.

• Moved config docs to docs/reference/config/, split guides into basic-guides and guides, relocated visual testing to basic guides
• Implemented 20+ redirect rules to prevent broken links from old URLs to new locations
• Removed obsolete pages, merged CPU/network emulation guides, updated many other guides, including running tests, setup and teardown, reporters
