This PR removes a dependency on
twinewhen publishing to PyPI and replaces it with on onuvand the uv-publish wrapper tool for publishingcmd2releases to PyPI.uv-publishwill be temporarily needed untiluvnatively adds support for reading tokens/creds from the~/.pypircfile.We will need to put out an actual release to verify this works. But I'll tweak things if required.
