This PR includes the following changes:

  • Add the print support routines
  • Add the debugOutput routine
  • Add and use the output routine in the examples with sempPrint* routines
  • Change sempPrintParserConfiguration to use debugOutput
  • Replace printDebug with debugOutput, use sempPrint* routines in parsers
