I don't believe these are being used in the build. Though maybe it's a good practice to go ahead and add them anyway, and then we can hope for future enhancement of PreTeXt for supporting them? |

Thanks to @mitchkeller's suggestion, we just needed to update PreTeXt to the latest version as he implemented this very recently. |
